A beautiful, but very sad picture.
It is very sad. And says to me that grief and heart-break do not respect the bounds of "traditional marriage" - why should love?

Since that funeral was in a Catholic cathedral and I am Catholic, I actually am having a mass said for Spree and am going to try to track down a way to get the card to Laura her partner.
